Methyl B12 and Folate formula is a synergistic combination of Vitamin B12 and Quatrefolic®.

Other Ingredients: Mannitol, Sorbitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Natural Mixed Berry Flavor, Citric Acid.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 mixed berry flavored chewable wafer once a day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
